Securities America, an investment advisory firm, was in desperate need of a redesign of their internal dashboard. They had so much great content for their advisors, but it was nearly impossible navigating their website.
Before creating conceptual mocks, I conducted a site audit, documenting all pieces of content and constructed a site map. The site's architecture was unnecessarily complicated; based on these learnings, I created a new hierarchy and navigational structure.
The final three images represent one of three redesign concept in which priority content is surfaced into a modular dashboard and other highly trafficked pages are embedded into a left rail navigation bar.
